Our Fiber Range
Cotton Fiber
Shankar-6 Cotton: Renowned for its purity and strength, ideal for apparel, home textiles, and industrial applications.
Comber Noil: High-quality, contamination-controlled fiber, perfect for high-precision spinning and blending processes.
Polyester Fiber
Spinning Grade: Available in 0.9 to 1.5 denier, semi-dull (SD) and raw white (RW), in both recycled and virgin forms. Also available in dope-dyed black (DDB).
Non-Woven Grade: Ranging from 3 to 15 denier, offered in hollow conjugated (HC) and hollow conjugated siliconized (HCS) types for wadding and filling.
Acrylic Fiber
Softness and Wool-Like Feel: Notable for its softness, low shrinkage, and wool-like feel.
Technical Specifications:
Denier: 1.5–15
Tenacity: 2.5–3.0 g/denier
Elongation: 20%–30%
Moisture Regain: 1%–2%
Viscose Fiber
Excellent Absorbency and Softness: Known for its excellent absorbency, softness, and comfort.
Technical Specifications:
Denier: 0.2–6
Tenacity: 1.2–1.5 g/denier (dry), 0.5–0.8 g/denier (wet)
Elongation: 15%–30%
Moisture Regain: 11%–13%
